Just bought a certified 2010 g37x coupe and had a great experience with Competition Infiniti in Smithtown. Within minutes of me walking into the dealership Vanessa Caruso approached me asking if I needed help and answered all of my questions. She took me on numerous test drives in different vehicles, she was so nice and helpful. I have to say she was very persistent but do not be mistaken, she was not pushy, to me there is a big difference. Scheduled to have my Q50 delivered on November 29. Waited around all day for the vehicle to show up. Called multiple times with no callback. Finally got in touch with someone who told me that they weren't going to be able to make it because the ran out of temporary license plates. They rescheduled the delivery for 2 days later and were late delivering it. They've had a month to send me my new license plates. Today is the last day before the temporary plate expires and I still cannot get any answers from the dealer as to wher... read more

I had a 2014 infiniti Q50 delivered to me for my wife's birthday on November 14th. The car pulled up with no license plate frame or the plastic plate displaying the dealer info on the back. It looked like it had just come off the truck and not been ready for delivery. The front had the plastic puece that's supposed to hold the plate but nothing was in it. No temporary plate and no dealership display plate. It just made the car look very incomplete but I didn't sweat it. I still gave the delivery guy $20. I called the dealers... read more

Thank you for recommending that I go to ANOTHER dealer in order for my parents to buy out my lease at least end. I found a dealer that truly wants to keep a customer. I find it upsetting that your dealer required that my parents buy the extended service contract in order for them to buy the leased car at the end of my lease program. All other dealers are doing this with no problems at all and have earned my future business

This dealership has THE WORST customer service. The sales people take several days to return calls. The management makes promises they don't keep. I still haven't received any welcome letters, cards, phone calls. The salesperson once took a couple if weeks to return a call to address a situation. The manager eventually called and promised to drop a gift in the mail as an apology. That was a month ago. I now realize that he was just trying to placate me. My car was detroyed in Hurricane Sandy, so I was forced into buying a car. As soon as I met Kevin, I knew I wanted to buy a car from him. He was extremely helpful and patient with my situation, and I love my new Infiniti FX35. Thank you for everything Kevin!

My 2004 Infiniti I35 has 25,000 original miles. The check engine light went on and I assumed it was because the gas cap was not on right. I drove around for weeks with the check engine light on with no problems. I had to go for my annual inspection and was told that my car would not pass because the check engine light on fails NYSI. They said the TP senser (throttle) was defective. Hard to believe at 25,000 miles. They charged me $281 for service. In a Nut shell...Purchased a used 2009 FX35 from dealer in May 2012, The salesman Vinny Q is totally full of it. Lied about the service of the vehicle. Claimed they changed the wiper blades , Belts, cabin filter...Lies...Lies ....Lies. When I picked up the vehicle after purchase the car was filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. Just a terrible dealer (manager Trent, sales vinny "Q") I walked in and started to look. At that time the sales is nice. Take it for a test drive and the fun begins. I asked about the blue tooth option and was told "what you want me to take out the laundry list?". The sales person didn't review the car just boasted how that model was the best an the rest if the models werent. They are eager to take your deposit and once they have it then the rudeness increases. They make you wait and wait and wait before answering your quest... read more
