Shelly has been behind the launching of my syndicated radio program and podcast. Without her I would not have had the tools and headspace to accomplish such an achievement. She has helped me resolve some dark and difficult issues from my childhood that I would not have trusted to any other therapist. Her techniques worked well and set me free to be at my best today. Shelly is as the name says, therapy with a compassionate heart. She is kind, caring, helpful and brilliant. It was always a pleasure to walk into her warm and welcoming office and see her smiling face. If you are looking for someone to help you "sort things out" - Shelly is wonderful. She is well versed in her field and intuitive to a persons needs. She has a true gift in caring for others.
