RecommendedI have worked with Compass Resorts numerous times, my experiences have always been great, friendly staff and booking process is very easy and will continue using their services. My recent stay at Destin Towers was not as pleasant as in the past. we stayed in unit 133, we were without ac for most of the week, the washer and dryer needs some attention, took forever to dry any clothes and the washer had something in it that stained a majority of our clothes. this unit needs some updating. We had to cancel our spring break trip because of the stay at home orders of our state as well as Florida’s due to the coronavirus. I called to cancel and had purchased the travel insurance as it claimed we would be refunded 100% of our trip if it needed to be canceled. They had kept $230 from us. With all that is going on I thought this was wrong and mentioned that the travel insurance was to cover 100%. Always read the tiny print. That’s how they get you. Compass resorts makes it very easy to check in and get your rental unit. Third time at Silver Beach and certainly look forward to returning! Beach is beautiful, all units we have stayed in (all in west tower) have been very nice.Would highly recommend!!

Staying at the Edgewater Condo was truly a enjoyable first time experience. From our condo we had the most beautiful view overlooking the pool and the ocean. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for our Spring vacation. We will differently be back.
Compass staff were very courteous and helpful. It's nice that you have an office right in the main entry to Silver Beach Towers. There were a couple maintenance issues when we moved in, but they were addressed the same day we notified the office. Check-in and check-out procedures went very smoothly. The customer service is excellent from Compass Resorts. I stayed in silver towers and the unit I was in was 705E and I will not stay in that particular unit again because of the sub par utensils and pots and pans. It looked as if they went to a garage sale and made a purchase and that’s being kind. The living room furniture were OK but appeared more worn than it should for what I paid to stay there. I will visit again but not that unit.
Compass Resorts was great to work with in planning for my husbands 50th birthday. We had a wonderful stay at Bonita Playa 1/14/20-1/18/20. The house was beach front and accommodated 8 adults beautifully. Thanks for the memories!
