RecommendedOur condo at Silver Beach Towers E1602 made our wedding week extra special! Check in was easy, everyone was friendly, condo was clean and gorgeous and the views were so spectacular!! We will definitely be back soon!!

Our room was fantastic. We got a little studio condo for the 2 of us. Sleeps 4 but I wouldn't want to share it we with 2 other people due to lack of privacy. Bed was in the living room. But great for my husband and I! It was clean and cute. We spent quite a bit of time in it since Sally ruined our beach plans so we were pretty disappointed in our trip overall. But compass/silver shells was awesome. Awesome pool, great beach access. Quiet. Thank you!

We booked a six day vacation of 9/11/2020, on Sunday 09/13/2020 we called to cancel our vacation and the lady on the phone said that the payment had already gone through so we couldn’t cancel and get our money back. She also stated that on Wednesday it was going to be sunny the rest of our stay. We checked in on Monday it rained all night.Tuesday we went out stores were closed early due to Hurricane Sally beaches closed pools closed. We stayed at Silver Beach Towers which we have been staying at for the past 4 years and this year we were there in July and the first of sept. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the view from the large balcony is Breathtaking. We will be back soon.
Destin West Gulfside - Room 205 The Bed was too soft and had troughs in it which made it bad for your back. The livingroom couch needs removed and thrown out. I wouldn't even donate it because it's that bad to sit on. The TVs were difficult to get operating properly because there were two sets of buttons and no specific instructions. Ceiling vent in master bath needs replaced because it is terribly noisy. Other than those four issues the facilities were fine. Next visit I'll pick another room.
Maybe but read 08/23/20 update Receive the new contract to sign and notice we where added an extra night ... called and got LISA on the phone ... such a wonderful person she is caring and helpful... she fixed the situation and issue a refund. I wish the other employee was half as nice as LISA IS... I thank you for helping me feel better about the entire situation. 08/23/20 am Will rip you off... We picked a unit for a decent price. EDIT:: it is now 8:15 a.m. and my family of 6 including the 7 year old child had to sleep in the lobby of the building we are staying in on the couches and floor. We are still locked out of pour room for going on 12 hours and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. Now we are also going to miss an excursion we already paid for. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but I urge you do not book through this company. 704 E Beach Towers was so nice and comfortable. The view on the balcony is breath taking. Perfect 10 in my opinion. Will be back to compass resorts next year.

The cabana rental was a huge hit for our families. Private restroom, mini fridge for drinks/food and nice way to take a break from the sun. Highly recommend and we hope to return soon.
