RecommendedCompass Resorts is a great company to work with. This review is not a reflection of Compass. I have rented various condos at Bella Riva over the past several years. Bella Riva has been our Fall family vacation spot for nearly 14 years. We Have stayed for multiple weeks at a time and have always had wonderful accommodations. Bella Riva 207 is the exception. I have used Compass Resorts multiple times. If your fob is not correctly programmed and you check in after 5 you are out of luck. We had 2 days of someone drilling on the floor above us. It could have lasted longer but we left a day early. No offer was made to make this right. They basically called and said they had no control and would give us 10% discount. We spent money to fly there and rent a car for a few days of quiet. Our ice maker did not work and on day 3 told them don’t bother we bought ice. An hour before we left ... read more

It is well maintained with two lovely pools, manicured lawn & beautiful views of sunrise & sunset from the balcony - rarity. Condo community is quiet, clean & having a street light at the entrance/exit is no small amenity to get onto Highway 98. Great location. Can walk down the block to The Back Porch or across the street to Mary’s diner And many other food establishments. DW power board quit working & Compass Resorts provided monetary compensation for the inconvenience. We were impressed. Will return next year with family.

Silvers Shells is a great resort! We just stayed in St . Croix unit 402 and it could not have been any better! The condo has great decor, beds are very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Location was great also. We will definitely go back and stay in the same condo! I highly recommend this resort!
We stayed in a home in Destin managed by compass resorts. Overall our week was enjoyable but we did run in to several issues. our first day there the ac on the main level stopped working. We contacted the on call number and were told to open a window and we should be fine. Luckily the ac came back on but this issue happened 4 more times during the week and we again called but did not receive resolution. We come to Destin at least once a year most of the time 2 or 3. We love Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa. We always stay in the St Maarten building and we love it. I had to wait until last minute to book this year so we had to stay at St Lucia. Our unit 902 was very clean but smaller than what we are use to. Didn’t have a very good view 😢😢. We liked the accommodations all the staff were friendly. The only bad thing about our stay was after 5 when the office closes there is no one available to resolve a problem. We were locked out of our room and had to spend the night in the lobby in wet bathing suits with only our towels for cover. We had no phones or money with us. The security guard tried to call to get us help but got no answer.
Great place, excellent rooms, clean, very well kept, Beach crew was fantastic every day. Sand is magnificent and time of year to stay is definitely mid to late September so you will have no crowds
