Claudio was truly amazing to work with! This was our first home purchase, and Claudio made sure it was a smooth process for us. He did a great job of finding us exactly what we were looking for, not backing down during negotiations, and explaining each step of the process. Outstanding when Paula Grossman was there
The lack of professionalism by Renee Smith is astonishing. Not only did me and a friend inquire about a house for rent, she does not answer or return phone calls. She sent an application that couldn’t go through on our end due to page errors. She still never answered phone calls sent me to voicemail in one ring. I never had the opportunity to speak with her as my friend did. She then finally emailed my friend saying we weren’t accepted. How are we not accepted when we never filled out the application. Had what I thought was going to be a great experience, found a home we really liked. Our realtor Emma Kirkner really messed things up, we ended up losing out on a house we wanted due to her incompetence. Highly upsetting especially after looking at so many houses!! Can't say whether or not the other realtors are any better... but I highly recommend you don't use Emma.
