We just closed on the purchase of our beautiful 1/3 acre water lot at Compass Pointe! The community is beautiful...we love that as soon as you enter, there is a feeling of tranquility and beauty as you drive through the meandering community roads. We can't wait to have our new home built and begin to live an early retirement where you wake up every day, step outside, see the palm trees, and feel like you're on a lovely vacation!
Great community! I have lived here for 2 and 1/2 years. Truely resort style living. You feel like you are always on a vacation at a first class resort. Wonderful friends and neighbors. Don't listen to me, come check it out and see for yourself.
I love that we are out of the way yet close to Wilmington and New Hanover Hospital which was important to me. We don’t have any cut through streets like Brunswick Forest and Mallory creek. And we are away from that route 17 mess where Waterford and Magnolia greens are!! Love it here
My mom lives here and every time I visit, I feel like I'm at a high class resort! Everyone is so friendly and the amenities are great and keep getting better. I wish I lived there!
