RecommendedI just moved in as well. I’m not far from the pool and love it! I can hear some very distant traffic from 74/76 at peak commute times. Otherwise, it’s extremely quiet and peaceful. I can’t hear the bypass at all. Very friendly neighbors! I highly recommend it!!

We had such an amazing time exploring Compass Pointe and the Wilmington area. The staff at CP was amazing and the property...WOW! From the amenities on the property to the homes offered...this neighborhood is top notch. Hoping to make this little slice of heaven our forever home! #LoveCompassPointe
The weather, the taxes and the beaches are the Big Three draw but Compass Pointe has awesome professional people as residents who care about each other. We also reach out to meet community needs (Manna House) and have organized clubs (like Day Trippers) for whatever your interest. We've been here 6 years. I like theater, Master Gardening and mentoring my UNCW business students.

Very nice Golf Course Restaurant had great food and service after your round and was not overly priced like some courses in the area
