Jaime is very fast, efficient, pleasant to deal with. They have Great rates and Great service. I have had numerous loans through them and will continue to do so in the future.
Community america bank is a total Waste of time as a bank, they are fast to approve loans, take your personal financial information, waste your time and then at the last minute will deny your loans for stupid reasons not even related to your credit score or payment ability. Please don't take time to make them your bank run, look elsewhere! There are many great banks to deal with, but this one isn't your bank.
I went to use the ATM off of Shawnee Mission Parkway but the McDonald's and Walmart. This is the 2nd time in 3 days that it will not accept my CACU card. It couldn't recognize my card even though I checked the way I was putting it in the reader and used two different cards, no luck! I'm not sure what's wrong with it but it isn't an issue with my card. I just used it.
I am or was a member for 12 years.but it's time for me to find a credit union that wants my business and respects the people that bank there .without us there is no community america.you speak to us like we are not worth your time to see everybody deserves a second chance at making there life's better. It is the easiest and best bank I have ever used. Everything I have is through this bank. I am getting ready to purchase a house I will only use them.
I appreciate that CACU keeps their drive up windows open before 9am and after 5. For my personal and business accounts, it works well for my stops before and after work. Other banks I have to deal with are only 9-4 or 9-5 and it's a pain!!! Thanks!!!
