I've been with CACU for several years now and I've never used a more well put together financial institution. They friendly, well educated, convenient, helpful. They are also up to date with technology. Personal favorite two things is that there member owned and they have the best customer service. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!
I've been a member for about 25 years. I love the ease of banking there. The app makes it simple to keep track of spending. My car loan had the cheapest interest rate I could find, and I've used automatic debit for my car payments. When I need to go into the lobby for any reason, it's easy and fast & everyone is helpful and friendly. And if I have a problem, it's taken care of quickly. And I love the annual payout. The big banks don't do that.

Great number of locations, and easy access to branches and ATM's. Easy to contact and easy to communicate when needed.
I moved 4 years ago when my employer benefits listed them as a provider with extra beenies for loans and a high interest savings. I like they are in the Hy-vee where a I shop. Convenient and profession employees, they know who I am without looking up my account.
I was a little skeptical about starting at a new credit union after getting the news my previous Credit union was merging with Community America. It's been six months now and I am more than impressed with every aspect of Community America Credit union. The customer service is always amazing, every person I've talked to has gone above and beyond whatever need I have had. I started at CACU with only a savings account. Because of their exceptional service they now hold my checking account and auto loan as well.
Became a member when trying to buy a house. They helped us with two car loans and we then moved our banking with them. Never looked back! We also talked our mother in law and son in becoming members!

I have been impressed with everyone I have met at Community America. It started out with a loan and I was helped by that. The lady who was working with me went on vacation but made sure I had someone else to help me out. Then they helped me to get a lower rate on my vehicle without me asking and it all worked out great. This was all done by email and phone calls. I went into the local branch to finish everything up and they were absolutely awesome. I'm proud to be a part of Community America.
