A couple of years ago we "fired" our bank and went strictly credit union, and haven't looked back. Community America has been great with helping us with whatever we need. We've refinanced our house, gotten help with investing and opened several accounts for various needs. They always have a smile and make you feel welcome when you walk in the door. Whenever anyone asks for suggestions when looking for a new bank - I always give them "Community America! We love them!"

Learned so much from these professionals when I took a money class from Catholic Charities. Switched all of accounts to CACU and opened accounts for my kiddos. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Thank you!

Love love love Community America! I started with them over 10 years ago when I left Bank of America, the best decision I've ever made! Through the years they have helped my family with everything from an auto loan, opening a credit card, free cash back checking, open late hours and on the weekends & ALWAYS excellent customer service! I always have a good experience with Community America, that's why I've been with them for over a decade! �

My ATM card expired without getting a new one in the mail. I stopped in at the Community America branch in the Raytown Hy-Vee and I had a new card, activated and in hand within 5 minutes! They also solved an online banking issue during the same 5 minutes! Customer service at the highest level!

No matter which branch I call or go to their ALWAYS nice and very helpful! I have 2 loans, a savings and checking Ana couldn't be happier with CACU! Cookies they offer are an added bonus!

Our current bank was recently bought out by Community America Credit Union. I was a little bummed at first as we had that personal experience with our previous bank. Community America did not disappoint us at all. The experience has been wonderful and I am so pleased with their customer service and their account options available. Definitely a bank that I will continue to use for a long time. Thank you Community America for your awesome customer service!

Community America is the only place for me! While I have never encountered anything but kind and helpful associates, there is one amazing gal who always stands out! Megan from 40&Noland Hyvee! We can not go in that location for awhile and then the next time my son and I are walking by she will give a hello shout with his name...now that is knowing your customers! We � CACU and the way they treat us as family, not just customers!!

I have been with Community America for about four or five years now. We have had a car loan through them and everything about this place is amazing. They offer great interest rates and I LOVE my cash back. The actual people that work there are also amazing. I also love the branches with people because you make special relationships with the workers. I can’t wait to move back to KC, because I love this place!
