I switched from a larger local bank 6 years ago and I couldn't be more satisfied! I've never had an issue and recently they caught that someone had stole my debit card info and stopped it before it caused me any issues. Loved that I could walk into a branch and get a new debit card within minutes!
Community America is a great bank for all your financial needs. They have great rates, low fees, friendly staff, and give back to the members and community. They also have branches in a number of grocery stores, so it's convenient to do your shopping and banking in one stop. Definitely check them out!

Everything has been perfect from my first contact with CACU and help getting my funds moved over, the web site and services and the mobile app. The only negative is that I waited so long to make a move from my old bank that I hated out of sheer laziness. If you are reading this move your money over now and thank yourself (and me) later.

I never banked with a credit union until about three years ago. I found Community America when my realtor recommended them for my home loan. As a smart consumer, I had banks competing for my mortgage and was shocked when Community America was so much cheaper on interest rate and other fees. I absolutely love Community America Credit Union! Every one is extremely nice and caring when you call or interact with them in person! I have referred friends and family and they all love CACU!
Community America credit union is by far the easiest and hasslefree think there is. I've banked with both bank Midwest in commerce bank and also academy bank and each of them would mess something up wouldn't deposit something right or take something out this has never happened here and I will continue going back.
I love CACU, I have all my loans and accounts here. I have been a member for over 20 years. Its has always be very easy to apply for any loans and the responds are very quick. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
