We love CACU! A few years ago we switched every loan we had to them, we also have checking, savings and credit cards through them. They are truly amazing and are always there to help!

I love CACU! When I lost my wallet I was able to go in and talk to a really helpful employee right away, who got me a new debit card on the spot and canceled my credit card and ordered me a new one. It was very fast and helped turn my terrible day around. I also always stop in for cookies when I am nearby! Just wish you had a branch in midtown. Please build one in 2017!
I've been with CaCu for 8 years, used them for numerous car loans and 2 house loans. They did mess up our house loan with resulted in us losing the house and the ernest money. They felt awful about it, and I was made enough to leave BUT they made it better but applying the ernest money we lost to the down payment/closing costs. Human mistakes happen, but its what you do to fix that matters. CaCu has earned our loyalty several times! Thanks!
Best customer service!!! We are always greeted with a smile, receive fast, friendly service, and no matter how many times I lose my debit card....(often!) they give me a new one in less than 10 minutes!! No judgement or weird looks! Lol! Oh, and while I wait, I get to enjoy a wonderful chocolate chip cookie!
I utilize CACU for all of my business and personal financial needs. They are the fastest and friendliest group of people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Oh yeah, and the annual profit payout is a really sweet bonus as well!
