Hello. My name is Jordan. It's Friday night, I just got off work and my debit card was inexplicably declined at the gas station. Come to find out, Member Services has placed a temporary block on my account. No explanation, no notification. Member services closed over an hour ago. I am unable to use my debit card at the gas pump, the counter, or the ATM. LOVE the bank, hate the phone app. Charges pending as ACH do not reflect in available balance until fully processed through the account. VERY misleading. Otherwise, I have only ever had wonderful service. I would highly recommend this credit union, but do hope that the next application updates this type of issue.
I love this company 6 years ago I had credit so bad I couldn't open a bank account I was overwhelmed with loans in default, but now today with community America's help through their credit recovery classes and employees assistance I now have a credit score in the top scoring bracket. I can't imagine where I'd be if I hadn't found this company. Im thrilled with their knowledge, professionalism, patients, kindness, and their continued support. Even though I owe Community America almost $300 they were amazingly nice to me. I have connected with everyone one the financials relationships consultants except for one. But I've heard she is very nice. They have informed me that it is a checking account not a checkings account...it was great. Everyone please come to this Credit Union they are the best. Ever. Seriously.
Heather and Danielle at the west Olathe branch are fantastic and did a great job getting me my auto loan. Would refer anyone and everyone to CACU.
They allow money to be taken from your account months after the dispute has been made. I have been with this credit union for over 20 yrs and have referred many people to your business for you to treat me this way is just EVIL!!! I understand that I'm not by any means your richest member but 20 + years of loyalty means nothing!! Definitely looking for another Credit Union ASAP!!!!!!!!
I live in St. Louis, MO, been handling all my dads business since he got sick and Trying to get infomation on a loan my dad got years ago that should be paid off or close to being paid off that I'm looking at that was 15yr HELOC with 10yrs draw and 5yr payoff. Until yesterday, I would have given CACU a 5. I've done nothing but sing praises since 2008 when I first came over from Commerce. I called on June 10 because I lost my debit card. The girl told me she shut it down and a new one sent out. No other comments or suggestions. I called yesterday, 11 days later, and was advised that 1) I could have gone into a branch at anytime to get a new card immediately and 2) that they had just processed and sent my new card on the 16th, 6 days after my call.
