BIG shout out to Laura Jones at the North Oak branch in Kansas City, MO. Her customer service is on point!! She went above and beyond to research a situation, called me back on it AND resolved the issue. She demonstrates everything a Credit Union is supposed to be and then some. Thank you Laura!! I couldn't think of a better bank to bank with! For many years, I banked with Bank of America. Then, they started charging me for transferring money from my own savings accounts to my checking account. $35 a transfer!!!! Then I was at orientation for my first semester of college and had some ladies from Community America talk to us about IRA accounts, etc. I was so interested, I ended up cancelling my Bank of America account and switching to Community America that next weekend. they help my send faxes when i need to and always if i have a problem with my credit card and someone not charging it correctly or something they always help make it right and protect me i feel safe with community america they ROCK !!
Love Community America! Their branch and horn Lon staff take time to address our individual needs. I love having branches in local Hyvee stores that are open non traditional hours.
We love CACU. After having many banking experiences during many years this is the only place I'd recommend to put your money, or borrow funds!
We switched to CACU in 2014 and love it! You actually earn legitimate interest/dividends in your accounts each month, and their rewards program lets you earn extra bucks at restaurants and other stores. We've gotten as much as $7 one month just for getting an oil change and ordering PaPA Murphy's--things we would do anyway! I also love their mobile app, esp. The check deposit feature. It's just very all around user friendly!
I love Community America. Easy banking without all the crazy fees. It's super nice when I get extra money back each month, just for using my debit card! Every teller is always very nice and professional.
Love banking with CACU. Associates always so friendly no matter what location you go in
