Love the app. Could use more central KC locations, but no complaints on anything else.
Love being a member! Love the locations that have been added! Nice not to just be a "customer" at a bank but actually be a member of the organization. Nothing but good experiences. Have been with them for over 20 years!
Been a member for over 10 years now. Generally they have good rates, good service, and reasonable policies. The profit payout is a great perk too!
I informed the bank when I was going out of town and where I was going. I have used the PIN number multiple times to confirm to the system I am who I say I am. Although my debit card worked this morning, it has been declined continuously since the HELP line closed for the night (Saturday 12/26). I will be VERY angry if I have to wait until Monday morning to access any of my money! I am on vacation and without funds. The system better get fixed...and FAST! If I have to wait, I will gladly bank somewhere with customer service!
Community America has been wonderful to deal with through my recent money trouble. Every person I have dealt with has been understanding and caring. They have gone out of their way to deal with my needs. I figured I would put in a free plug for them! They are making my stress level at Christmas time bearable and that means a lot to me! Be careful who you write a check to. I wrote a check to someone and they took it to the branch on Antioch Road in Kansas City Missouri and cashed it at the drive up window. The teller gave the person the money plus a receipt with my name and address and my account balance on it!! Filing formal complaint and changing banks!
This star is for my last encounter. I was at the location in Food Festival in Claycomo trying to cash a petty cash check for my place of employment, which I've done a number of times before at this location. Before even looking at my account the teller started questioning what it was for. Not her business quite frankly. I asked for a total of six rolls of change. Have been a CACU member for nearly 40 yrs started with TWA so you can't say I'm not a loyal customer. However I am a bit upset with a recent encounter. As my car is nearly paid off, have been considering trading it in however after the 2008 financial crisis, I'm just getting my credit score back up and was trying to avoid hard hits on my credit report from dealerships.
