Love CACU! great customer service and friendly people at every branch I have visited so far. My only suggestion would be to allow account holders to transfer funds between accounts with no limits.

I've been banking with the Blue Springs CACU branch for the past 7 years and always greeted with a smile when I go there. When I lost my debit card the branch replaced it the same day. Where there was unusual activity on my account they called to verify my transaction. Good to know my bank is watching my account.

The rate on my savings account is outstanding, so I was so excited to learn I could keep and access my account through partner credit unions, even when I moved out of state! The mobile app makes all my banking a breeze and I’m alerted about suspicious activity right away. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Great credit union. All the staff at the Longview location are always helpful and courteous. I recommend CACU to everyone.
The West Olathe branch has great Customer service. They are all attentive to any questions I've had, and they work until the problem has been fixed. We have all of our accounts here and switched from another national banking system. This was the best switch we've ever made because of the amazing customer service. We appreciate you all! I had given up on banking with an actual person until we came to CACU.

I have had multiple auto loans, a line of credit, and a credit card through CACU over the past several years and I have always been more than happy. Everyone I have ever worked with has gone above and beyond to understand the situation and help as much as they could. This is a banking institution with employees that actually care about people.
