Poor customer service regarding auto loans. Don't be fooled by the convenience of being able to refinance your car without stepping foot in the credit union. Consider going elsewhere where they will take the time to explain all the "stipulations."
Has been great for the most part. A little upset that I was told conflicting information regarding overdraft protection. Thankfully I wasn't in a dire situation or I would have screwed myself pretty bad. Just wish the information I get when I call customer service was consistent and when I asked the agent of notes were kept so I could speak to who I spoke to previously he stated that they keep notes but there were none stating I had called before.
Love how convenient CACU is. No matter where I am they are just around the corner! I do go out of my way to go the the 23rd St Hyvee branch! I love the customer service and the efficacy the staff that works there deliver every time!
If your bank card gets hacked CACU is no help what so ever. They tell you to call a 800 number. 2 weeks later not all my money has been reimbursed. Daughters card was hacked thru Mainstreet Credit Union. In 15 minutes employee handled everything and 6 hours later her money was back in her account. The Olathe branch use to have good service. Gone down hill. Time to change.
I love CACU! They have great customer service. The way they handle the accounts are a little different than a regular bank but after they told me their procedures, I totally understood how they do it. I also like the fact that when I make a deposit, I can use it sooner than when I was with a regular bank.
CACU our credit union for over 15 years. Community America service is the best in the industry.
I have been very impressed with the superior customer service provided. The products available are great and have helped me reduce my monthly expenses and manage my debt. Great organization and I will be a customer for life!
So very disappointed on how our refinance was handled! Waiting for a manager to call me back tomorrow. Hopefully the issues are corrected, I will then gladly give the appropriate review, but right now my experience(btw, been messing with this since February) stinks!!!
