Great Service and I love the profit payout program
Amazing from start to finish and it still continues! Moved to KC from Chicago 9 months ago and CACU worked with me every step to ensure I got the best mortgage on my new home, even won my business when (I thought) another bank had a better offer. Checking/savings and auto-pay have been flawless, and the mobile app is fantastic! Touch ID ftw! Last and certainly not least, just received my first profit payout, and wow! Best decision I ever made. Thank you CACU!

I joined CACU at least 10 years ago when I applied for a 0% home equity loan. Now I have a mortgage, car loan, savings account, checking accounts, and a credit card. I won't go anywhere else for my banking needs. Plus the staff is always so friendly and eager to assist. I recommend CACU often. My son joined and has a savings account and car loan.
They have the best customer service hands down! They are easy to work with when applying for a loan as well. I just recently referred a co-worker who was looking for a car loan and she cannot quit talking about how impressed she was that everything was done electronically and how easy the process was. She had left a message for her bank as well to inquire about a loan and they still have not got back with her. I also love the events they do for their members like the TBONES game. Thank you!

Community America has helped my family get back on our feet and also take a big leap toward our dreams! Every encounter I've had with an employee has been nothing less than wonderful. I even have a personal banker who knows me when I call, where else can you get that in a big bank network?!
I moved from Raytown Lee's Summit CCU and the difference has been night and day. The only complaint I have is I have referred 3 of my friends who opened accounts over the last year and have never seen the promised $25 referral bonus, but that's literally the only bad thing I have to say. Online banking is awesome. Being able to go to the bank at 7:30 at night and still have someone to talk to if I need to. I have had Community America as my bank for 5 years now since I was 18. They have been very helpful with anything I needed. Always great customer service at any location I have been too. I cannot really say I have had a bad experience at all. I chose to come to this bank because I heard there were no hidden fees or extra costs to have a checking and saving account like other banks.
