I can never say enough good things about CACU. I've been with them since 2009 and have lived in 3 different states. I've never had any problems and my favorite feature is the mobile deposits. I will be a customer for life, thanks for being awesome CACU!

This bank use to be a good bank, they're now worst then Bank of America, ripping people off bad customers service so glad Im getting rid of you guys after 10 years of praising you guy I wished I never banked here
I do like being their customer. The coop system helps a lot, too. Only one thing has gone wrong, and it was addressed right away... Unlike a former bank of mine who'll remain nameless (but rhymes with skank love o'hare icka)
I love the way the employees doesn't look down on you when come in the bank. They make you feel welcome. An want about the cookies an coffee they have waited for you on Antioch rd. An it's a bonus when you let your friends know you both get $25.00 hen some one you know sign up an you refer them, An your cashier checks doesn't expire for a year like my last bank it was only good for 3 months. Enuff said! I just love them so glad I moved back to Kansas City mo.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Love my credit union. Always a friendly smile when you walk in and after you leave.
CACU doesn't know how to do basic math and doesn't follow basic accounting logic. If there is a pending transaction, one of which is an ACH charge, they don't take that amount from your available balance, even though it appears that they do. Every other bank on the planet does subtract pending ACH from available, so CACU is deceiving their customers into believing they have more money than they do, and then banking on the mistakes they cause customers.
