We have frequented the Noland Road branch the most. We have however, banked at the Hyvee branch, as well as the Hidden Valley branch. We are getting aquainted with the new branch on Noland road now. Angela, Meagan, Tiffany and Maria have all given us stellar service. Not only do they know us by name, they have always treated us like good friends. That has always stood out the most to us. Best Bank Ever ! I have checking, savings, home and auto loan through them. The staff is always friendly at the branch on 35th and Noland Rd. Megan is always very sweet and calls me by my name when I come in to handle my business! ❤️💙❤️

I have been with CACU since 2002 and everyone that I have dealt with over the years have been amazing and very kind. The employees at the Hy-Vee location in Blue Springs have been the best overall.

It's obvious that CACU cares about its members. When I was looking to get a loan for a used vehicle in 2017, I was first turned down. After a long discussion with a loan officer, we were able to make something happen and now we are driving the vehicle that our family (with disabilities) needs. What's more, CACU stays on the cutting edge of technology, being an early adopter of mobile apps and touch-to-pay capabilities. It'd take a lot for us to leave. Thanks, CACU!

Was member of old TWA Credit Union, so returning home after being away for several years. Lindsey Schreimann at the Rice Road branch, and loan team, was great in helping with a Home Equity Line of Credit. And, special Thanks to my friend Bob Glaser. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Will be taking advantage of other services in the future.
