CACU have the best and friendliest tellers
Community America Credit Union is the not only the best fit for our family, we try to get ALL of our friends to bank with them as well. They have been so helpful in refinancing our car loan, free planning for our future, and helping our kids get set up with savings plans as well. For me, their mobile app is so easy to use, and I love depositing checks without having to leave the house. Though every time I have had to go in to a branch, the tellers have been great.

I've visited almost all of CA's locations on the Missouri side and a couple on the Kansas side and ALL of them have Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and friendly employees . When I used to bank, sometimes I'd dread stopping at certain banks because there were rude employees at certain locations. In the ten years I've been at CA, I've NEVER experienced anyone like that! I've been with CACU for quite a while and recommend them to every one. Their customer service is outstanding, location and times are very convenient. Where else could you get free money from a bank.
It used to be five stars, but when they stopped letting us give money to other CACU members through the website transactions, it dropped a couple of stars. It's not as if we were trying to take money... we just wanted to give money. The other person agreed to receive the money by providing their account number. This was a stupid "upgrade."
Always helpful. Have banked in different states with different institutions and no one beats CACU in service!
I switched to CACU in 2007! I have been happy with all they have done for me.
