RecommendedFor more than 10 years I have loved CACU but recently I'm starting to feel differently. In June of 2018 I was diagnosed with cancer and since I've been struggling financially. I have several accounts with CACU. I have been able to keep up with all but on of my LOC. Please tell me why in the middle of a pandemic, they decided to exercise their rights and empty ALL of my accounts!?! I know it's their right but in the middle of a pandemic? Really!?! And yes they know my situation. So disappointed!

The customer service I had today was uncalled for and I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. I tried the “small town bank” and will be going back to a larger bank.
