We've been trying to move forward with the pre-approval process for weeks now, I've seen email after email to the mortgage lender Kent who has not responded. So disappointed.

The worst bank. I have been banking with ca since I was a teenager so about 10 years! I Have great credit, excellent vehicle payment history and a good amount of income and IM STILL TOLD I CANT GET A LOAN FOR A TRUCK. I have worked so HARD for someone who doesn’t even know me tell me what I can’t and can’t have is WRONG I’m switching banks.

Commercial drive thru @ 109 N Blue Jay Dr, Liberty, Mo. Waited at the drive through commercial teller window 15 minutes BEFORE any teller would provide service. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
