The customer service I had today was uncalled for and I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone. I tried the “small town bank” and will be going back to a larger bank.

I've been a member of Community America for a long time and highly recommend them. Fed up with banking rules and regulations where you are nothing but a number, I closed out my accounts and moved to Community America. I have nothing but good things to say about them and their customer service is stellar.
Patrick Mahomes drew me here , but once I signed up with Marc Kelso I was hooked He saw something that would save me money and I knew I made the right decision,plus his level of professionalism was top notch I love ❤️ it here already I will be switching my direct deposit here soon‼️

Man I came in with a very hard task of pulling check images through 2 of my accounts! About an hour and a half it was a super great experience! I hope all associates are as great as Corinne Campbell! Have been a member since 1967 By being a part of this great credit union. I was able to get a great start in life by a direct deposit into my account biweekly with the savings coming first looking towards retirement which was to come in 2001 for a very comfortable life. I would like to thank the credit union for all my retirement success, and for standing beside me for all these years.
