This bank is by far the worst customer service. My girlfriend has spent 15 hours over 2 day on hold. She has not been able to touch her money for a month. All because the fruad department cant fix anything. She was on hold for 8 straight hours. All to get hung up on at 9pm. I am telling everyone I know and dont know to stop doing business with this awful bank. I am so mad right now, I am seeing red. Do you think anyone at this bank is losing sleep over us not being able to buy my 10 month old baby diapers, formula or to get ... read more
