RecommendedI cannot recommend Jared Lanpher enough... we were about to move our loans to a different bank cause we were having no luck getting any responses at community america. Jared took care of EVERYTHING for us in a few hours, I could definitely tell her values our business and wanted to help us. Going forward I won’t reach out to anyone other than Jared- he is literally the best!
I had the worst service trying to secure a mortgage loan. I am a member of the credit union and I’m in good standing. After 4 months of sending in documents timely as requested, the credit union couldn’t meet the deadline for my closing. Towards the end of the process I worked with a lady named Asia Brewer. Her attention to my request was terrible and she was untimely. Worst experience ever.
