They bad banking practices
Holding deposits is so exhausting and annoying! If you make over a certain amount and make deposits, they hold it for 3 days. Even slow with my direct deposits, which I was told to try because authorization of funds was faster. Even my grandmother is upset with them, once again, holding her stimulus payment for 4 days! We will be moving on from Community America on Monday.

I took a large jar of change in the machine broke half way through. when they got it fixed they said I only had 118 in there when it was completely full and it normally has 300 plus when full. can't get a honest answer and can't get a person on the phone to speak to. I will be changing credit unions tomorrow morning

No one knows what they are talking about...while holding thousands of my dollars hostage. Been to the branch twice, they say its the issuing bank, the issuing bank sent me a copy of the cleared check. STILL trying to say its not their fault. SMDH...new bank, here I come!
Don’t bank at Community America Credit Union!!! Fraud on our account from EBay, claimed denied since “we have used that merchant before” That’s is a total lie, Community America Credit Union will not help, say we have to go through EBay and EBay tell us we have go through our bank! If you are with Community America Credit Union or considering banking with them don’t, be warned they have zero fraud protection.
Their customer service is horrible. My eBay account was hacked and they notified me of the fraud and then went in to deny the fraudulent charges. Their reasoning? I had used the merchant in the past. Makes no sense. Way to stand behind a loyal customer whose been with you over ten years. I definitely don’t feel secure having my money with this institution and am closing my accounts immediately!!!

The financial relationship “specialists” are lost. They’re useless and need more training. They have no idea what products or loans they sell. We wasted so much time. Should’ve gone to a local lender like many realtors advised.
