The Lee’s Summit branch by 50 hwy is the best!

due to negligience and not making the customers time worth while by providing them with the wrong information on several occasions within the first 2 months of even having an account with community america i dont believe i could ever trust you with my money again.
When I had a problem with my direct deposit, they had it fixed with 1hr. Customer service has been wonderful. I would recommend Community America Bank!!!
I cannot recommend Jared Lanpher enough... we were about to move our loans to a different bank cause we were having no luck getting any responses at community america. Jared took care of EVERYTHING for us in a few hours, I could definitely tell her values our business and wanted to help us. Going forward I won’t reach out to anyone other than Jared- he is literally the best!
I had the worst service trying to secure a mortgage loan. I am a member of the credit union and I’m in good standing. After 4 months of sending in documents timely as requested, the credit union couldn’t meet the deadline for my closing. Towards the end of the process I worked with a lady named Asia Brewer. Her attention to my request was terrible and she was untimely. Worst experience ever.
