RecommendedI've been with Community America Credit Union since 2006. I was able to finance my car through them at a very low rate. Also everyone is so nice, polite, helpful and give excellent customer service. Especially the Noland Rd Branch. Rachel and the Crew there are AWESOME!! I would never change Credit Unions in a million years. Community America Credit Union is #1 in my book!!
it would appear my review was removed. after placing an out of country alert 3 weeks in advance, my credit card won't work this weekend and I can't reach anyone to help. I was told I have to speak to a branch. very angry and disappointed
CACU is a good bank however their partner TruHome Solutions needs a lot of work. I was given misinformation about my mortgage loan automatic payments and then I had to call several times and never got resolved. Finally got through today and it was fixed (so they say) but the attitude was that they were providing good customer service when it should have been fixed the first 3 times I called. Good grief! Anyone know the meaning of follow through???

I recommend the credit union, BUT, it's time for Community America to stop spending members money on the Ad campaign and reinvest in the infrastructure of the Credit Union. The ATM's machines are outdated. There aren't enough at the Branches. Today is another day in the past month the App and Online banking isn't working. This is unacceptable from our Credit Union who prides itself on taking care of members. CACU is open everyday. Has lots of locations. Always a friendly face.
I'm very satisfied with my recent experience at a cacu branch. I was curious about a refi on my vehicle and @ Mrs. Janelle Holland made the process very easy. She answered all of my questions, she even answered some questions off the clock for me via email. I'm very happy! Been a member for a few years now. I've also visited many branches, been treated well at all!!
