The online user experience is cumbersome at best. I can't see transactions that are processing or pending, I have no idea when my transfers are moving through or if they're in progress – even finding the bank's routing number when I need it requires a Google search and about 5 clicks.
RecommendedI just recently opened an account with Community America, at the only location they have in STL and I just want to say, in the little amount of time I have been banking with them, I am already in love. Their customer service is amazing! They are so genuinely helpful and will answer any and all questions and/or concerns you may have. Here’s to the start of me & community America’s banking relationship!
The service!! I have been a customer with Community America for a long time and have yet to find a reason to leave them. Their products are great and seem to have something for everyone. Love you guys.

This credit union is a hack and nobody should use them. They gave my Uncle Dave a car loan. He recently passed and they now refuse to transfer his loan to his wife whom he was purchasing the car for. She has been given TWO WEEKS to come up with the full amount or surrender the car. This after waiting nearly 30 days after his passing to inform her of it.
THEY ARE HEARTLESS. HOW CAN YOU NOT GIVE SOMEONE A CHANCE WHO WAS NEVER LATE ON A PAYMENT. JUST BECAUSE HER HUSBAND OF 39 YEARS PASSED AWAY. DEBBIE SPOOR DESERVES A CHANCE TO PAY HER CAR OFF IN AN ACCEPTABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
I highly recommend Community America Credit Union because they go above and beyond for their members. They offer insurance, mortgage and auto loans at decent rates and have their members best interest in mind at all times. I believe it would also be a fantastic place to work, as well. They offer financial planning which is something everyone should do and the earlier the age the better so you can have your goals set and met before you realize it you could retire with some energy & life left in your body to enjoy that retirem... read more
