Not honorable at all. As a financial institution awesome but working for the contact center in Lenexa under current management horrible
I have never seen a bank so ran down as the community America on Blue Ridge in Kansas City, MO. Drive-thru teller screens don’t work, ATM always has issues, not enough tellers for good customer service. When are you guys going to care enough about y’all customers in this area to update the bank like y’all have other areas like Lees Summit, MO? It’s really sad because this bank has looked like this for years!
I used to recommend CACU to everyone. But after spending an hour and a half on the phone, mostly on hold, just trying to get in touch with someone to resolve my problem, which took less than a minute to solve, I can not in good conscience recommend CACU anymore!
RecommendedI want to make a shout to to Matt A. from the 64th street Hy-Vee, currently N. Oak location!! He is the best! If I ever have questions or concerns; he takes care of and/or fixes it. Thank you Matt for being the best you can be and keeping a member happy.
Racist experience at the location in Parkville, MO. Have family members who couldn’t receive service due to the color of their skin. It’s 2019, and this is still an issue for people trying to use and access their account.

AWESOME customer service!
This is a good Credit Union until you have fraud. They are liars and careless people. Even the branch manager tell you one thing then lies on his notes. They are not properly trained in my eyes when it comes to fraud. I'm with Mazuma and so far no problems with them.
I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES LIKE I DID USING MAZUMA. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY, AND UNDERDTANDING. I AM SO EXCITED TO FIND NEW LOCATIONS FINALLY ITS CONVEINANT.
