RecommendedI love everything about Community America except the Tiffany Springs branch. They need to tear their ATM out of the ground because it never has any money in it or it’s broke. What’s the sense of having an ATM if you have to go inside? And the people inside are not the friendliest. They are getting better but...

UPDATE : After being reassured that the charge back would NOT be taken out of my accounts it was. On Christmas Day. WOW. They not only let vendors take advantage of you but also aren’t true to their words. ZERO STARS. Need a bank that has your back and doesn’t lie. Original : They allow outside companies to rip off their debt card users. Even when you have reported a fraud. Pathetic.

I've been happy with the service I've received over the years that I've had an account here. However, today I was extremely disappointed. Teller tried to give me incorrect legal advice and refused to deposit a check in my name. I called customer service and was told he couldn't help, suggested I drive 30mins to another branch. I was able to find a solution to my issue caused by the bank.
