I brought my elderly father here for his appointment. We arrived on time, signed in, and waited. Around 7:54am., a few employees began to arrive. When I was finally called, I was told our appointment had been canceled. I asked the staff member to confirm with the technician since no other patients were waiting, but he refused to answer my questions. Instead, he said the technician was busy with something else. Easy registration Professional staff Will recommend to family
Their scheduling system is totally dysfunctional. It took 3 hours on the phone to arrange for an appointment. Each person I spoke to had a different understanding of their company policies. When I came for my appointment, after waiting an hour to be called for the scan, the tech told me that the doctor had ordered the wrong scan and I would need to come back different time after the order was corrected. It was a bad experience on multiple levels.
The customer service was excellent there is an African American woman there that made you feel like everything was going to be okay. I was there for a simple x-ray, but still worried, but talking to her made me forget why I was there! Healthcare should feel just like I felt today! I hate that I forgot her name, but she was in the fourth booth.
