Patient and efficient, friendly staff. Good experience.
Upon arriving I was asked to provide my most recent lab results. I was baffled by this request. I was received no advanced notice that my labs were needed. I was simply referred by my primary doctor to have this test completed. I then scheduled the appointment. When I arrived I was asked questions like, why are you here? What test do you need? I would think there would be better communication between the primary doctors office and your office.
Worst experience ever in my entire career serving patients for 40 years. Total lack of professional courtesy and etiquette despite my frequent asks for assistance. I was made to wait in agonizing pain for 3 hours for being late by 7 minutes. Despite online e completion the lady at desk 2 made me fill up paper. There was no place to sit but I had to go through the administrative hell. She then decided to place me in the end of the schedule and kept a punitive stance in her words and tone of voice.
