I had my sweet baby girl here 5 weeks ago and my husband and I loved our experience!! I was in labor for 20 hours but it felt shorter because my nurse Isabelle was so wonderful and Dr. Crane was so encouraging and calm. I will definitely go back for the rest of our babies :)
Have been here for a few days now in labor and delivery, I ended up having a cesearan and I was absolutely terrified. All the nurses and my doctors kept assuring me everything was going to be okay and they were right by my side through the whole thing, and everything went perfectly. The staff here has been all around amazing and I cannot say enough about my visit. I'm so glad I chose to come here I've had a tremendous experience. Thank you Community North!
We have been.waiting.1hr & 15 minutes in a hall bed in the ER. While Jessica is very polite & great to work with, my husband has had to take his shirt off in the hall bed & complete all test while waiting in.the hall way. While I have had few experiences in an ER this has been the most impersonal ones yet & we are still waiting now an hour & 30mins. Wow!
Best hospital by far in Indianapolis in all fields. As long as you don't waste their time by talking nonsense and answer their questions, the doctors and nurses do a great job. I live closer to Community East and would rather drive the extra miles to North because they treat their patients better. I am sorry for anyone who gets less than stellar service. Sure, there are good days and bad, but I've seen some of the worst kind of patients this ER can get and totally understand when a nurse comes in a little frazzled. Granted, ... read more
I would put a 0 star if it was an option. They have delayed my 16 yr. old's treatment for her pseudo tumor cerebre by not scheduling the needed sedation two times in a row and it took almost 3 weeks after they messed up the first order to get her back in just to have them do the order incorrectly again. If her vision is hurt by all of this delay, it will be the fault of this hospital. Never mind the fact that she's missed almost a month of school due to being so sick. I have been here for 4 days and the service is terrible. Most if the nurses are rude to the guest as if theydont want to do their job. They make you sleep in a waiting room if you stay over night with the patient and they wont give u a pillow and a blanket because its only for the guest. So your basically totally uncomfortable and they are very well aware that i came in from out of town.. This is by far the worst hospital i have ever been to. We just spend the last day and a half in the peds unit at Community North and I have to say the staff was great. It made our visit with my seven year old so much better. They were great any time we had a question and with helping my son. Thank you so much to the staff that we had while we were there.
Worst hospital in the city. Best thing that could happen is it burns to the ground.
This hospital is the best all nurse and doctors very nice and cares about there jobs and nicu where my daughter is stay the nurse doctors there is very good and really cares about their jobs... Everyone goes out of there way make sure your happy and comfortable and not in pain. Thank you guys for everything
