I did not feel that my 15 year old daughter needed to suffer for over an hour in the crowded waiting room with a broken /smashed finger. They didn't even give her anything for her pain once she got back to the exam room. It isn't easy watching your child hurt.

I had my first baby at Community this weekend. The staff, nurses, lactation specialists, pediatricians, anesthesiologist, EVERYONE has been absolutely AMAZING! I had a difficult labor and delivery, and the knowledgeable, experienced nurses helped turn my little guy and avoid the OR. They were amazing, I thank them from the bottom of my heart! Awful. My appointment was at 7:15. At 7:30, I was told that I was welcome to go grab coffee down the hall because the wait was longer than expected. I come back and sat for an additional 15 minutes before following up with registration. I was told that my name was called three times, but I was no where to be found. Now, all other appointment times have surpassed me. I'm finally getting called in and was asked why I thought it was appropriate to be 45 minutes late. Failed to meet the standard of care to be expected by a top class facility. Inefficiencies and waste lead to long wait times and poor services.
We welcomed our second child on Wednesday and I can't say enough about the doctors,nurses and even the food service and cleaning staff during my stay. They are wonderful and really do give the best care possible.
