My bro needed his medicine sent over to a local pharmacy but the Dr. Chris told staff to hang on the phone on me and my bro and then called and my brother back and tell him that if he doesn't schedule a visit with them they aren't willing to transfer his medicine to a local pharmacy (he still has refills). My bro is out of state and the Dr. Chris told him good luck. Greedy Dr's treating patients like a source of income instead of people. Shame on your establishment and it's not nice to just hang up on people either.
