I’ve been trying to make a new patient appointment with this place. Filled out the online information several times and it didn’t work. I called and it’s rarely office staff that picks up. Always transferred then leave a message. This has been going on for months. The level of unresponsiveness makes me think this is not an ideal office to be a patient.

Dr. Epstein is so nice. He is very smart, he listens and doesn’t rush through the appointment. He is such a caring doctor.
