DO NOT USE THEM! These people did a horrible job on my roof and I now have multiple leaks. There was supposed to be a 10 year warranty but they wont even come fix their work after a few months. No one answers and if they do you just get passed off to someone else.

I worked with Heather C***** and she was great! Always just a call or text away to answer any of my questions or concerns. Once everything got started, it moved pretty quickly and the job was done great. The roof was done quickly and there was not mess left over after it was complete. I would recommend anyone to give Community Exteriors a call and ask for Heather!

Poor communication, if your insurance company doesn't approve you right away you get put at the bottom of the priority list. You have to call them multiple times to get any information. They say they will fight to get your roof approved for repair and then they dont give you any updates, skip phone appointments, refuse to text back and its hard to believe they fought to get my roof approved (and it was rejected so I dont think they fought too hard). Very poor communication from them. **** the sales rep is not honest. I had leak in the roof that did damaged to the inside. I showed him what the insurance will pay for roof and repair the inside. I even restated that some of the insurance money Is to repair the inside he said he would work with us. Low and behold, we get the final bill it is not what he stated and cost would be on the contract. They instead stated they will put a lien in the house if not paid. If I could leave zero stars I would. Our area had a storm go through last week, and the storm produced hail in many areas. The very next day every roofing contractor within a 200 mile radius was driving around town like vultures. A salesman from Community Exteriors stopped at our house and asked to inspect our roof. First off, he was a nice guy I'll give him that. He was just doing his job as a salesman. I think this boils down to a poor business model more than anything. I will not recommend them to anyone. Poor communication skills, I was lied to many times, almost everyone from that company that I spoke to would give me an excuse as to what may have happened but not one of them could tell me what really went wrong. Over 90% of my calls to them were not followed up on. Took them about a month if not longer to finally come fix a problem that really wasn't a physical problem.
