No clue how this company has a A+ rating. They did not finish the job as promised. I have made several phone calls and left several messages for John to call me regarding finishing the work I need completed and for over 2 months I am still waiting. I knew it was bad when I called my insurance company and they guessed the company I was having issues with before they even pulled my account up. The team did a great job. Both Nick and Josh were awesome to work with they took care of all the details, ever working with the Insurance Adjuster. All around they completed the work in one day they cleaned up my yard and met my expectations. The Crew foremen Matt was also excellent to work with for the build. Thanks Guys!

The finished product (new roof and gutters) looks great but there were some challenges along the way. Erik G was our liaison and was great throughout the process. He stayed on top of every issue and did his best to make things right in the end. The company has some communication / customer service issues to work on but we have referred them to 4 other families based on our experience with Erik.

I want to start by saying I normally don't leave reviews, but I just had to come on here and let you know that my experience was wonderful......Eric was patient and explain each step of the process clearly. I would recommend this company for future roofing and gutter installation.

I had a roof replaced about 2 years ago. I was not happy with the work originally done. After not paying the remaining balance until the work was finished ished, they miraculously got over to try to make the roof right. Now, I am replacing my gutters because since the roof was done I noticed the gutters looked much worse. The gutter company asked about the roof being replaced because it was obvious to them that the gutters had literally been trampled. It's been less than two months since our roof was fully rebuilt by community exteriors. The roof is now leaking water into my sons bedroom every time it rains. The company will not fix what they have done or refund me to have their work fixed
