Service on my 2014 Versa in one hour. Can't ask for better service. Love the service department salesman Edrick. He's the best.
I had a new manual transmission and rear differential installed on my 2009 370Z and the treatment I received was superb. I was informed when units were delivered and when to expect the replacements to be completed. The car runs like a champ! I would recommend Bill Ray Nissan to anyone that needs quality work done along with great customer service.
I just leased a Maxima from Crown Nissan and Jason Jiovani, my salesperson, made the entire experience stress free and extremely easy. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision and was allowed to leave without hassle to have time to think about it. I brought my car in for regular oil change and alignment and everyone at Crown Nissan was very friendly. Shannon Emery was my service representative. He was accommodating, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Shannon offered excellent customer service with a smile. While I waited in the lounge, he kept me informed of the progress and when my vehicle was ready he politely walked me out the door. Excellent service.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Kia at Commonwealth Kia. Bob Nerden was a great sales person. He was friendly, informative and not pushy.
