I have bought 3 vehicles in the past year from Bill Ray, next time try to go through thier Internet Department, no hassle pricing and home delivery. They also beat out Reed Nissan by $450 on my 1st purchase, scince then I have paid $1000 under invoice (they faxed it to me) on the last 2 (including my 350z roadster- Walking into a dealership is so 1990's, ride the wave of the future on the internet!!!!

Crown Nissan St.Petersburg , FL has an outstanding service department. My recent trip in was for warranty work , oil change and mfg. recall. My service rep. was Daniel Jacobs who was excellent in his approach to customer service. He made me aware of some upcoming service milestones and thoroughly explained the work that was completed on my vehicle. The wait time was very reasonable for the amount of work performed. Always a positive experience at Crown.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Christine Smith at Crown. My vehicle was in for its 5,000 mile checkup, a fairly simple service call. Even so, Christine made sure all the details were taken care of, expertly and promptly. She reminded me about a recall on my vehicle, which I will take care of soon. Christine is friendly and totally customer service oriented. She is a credit to the dealership.
I would like to thank everyone at Torre Nissan the staff that assisted us in our new vehicle purchase was superb. The salesmen Jose Maria Diaz was a joy and very informative in giving us our options in our new purchase. He also made us feel comfortable with our final decision Nissan Rogue SL. I must say that Marcelino has a wonderful staff working for him from the finance department, sales and even the car wash guys. Everyone was very nice and I would recommend Torre Nissan to my family and friends.
