I recently went in to gather some info as I'm buying my first car soon. Foster Davis helped me out and was very professional. I used the USAA search engine to find the best deal for mu new 2011 Altima SL. I found three deals that were similar in St. Augustine, Orlando, and Sarasota. Those were really good deals; about 3700 to 3810 below invoice. However, Felix Espinal of Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood, Fl emailed me an internet special offer that was greater than 4000 below invoice. I had my first service on my 2016 Murano on Tuesday. My service advisor was Lymari Martinez. She was courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable concerning my vehicle. I would like to say that my experience at Crown was a great one. But the person that made the experience great was Jason Jiovani. I had a few little snags Purchasing my new Bad Ass Titan XD and her personally took it on himself to correct any issues. He even came in on his day off to get the Truck done. My overall rating with Crown was Excellent!! Thank you Jason for going beyond to make the experience buying a vehicle great.

I purchased a used car from out of state. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car from Bill Ray's internet department. The negotiation was easy and they held the car for me for two days since I had to drive 5 hours to get to the dealership. There wasn't any pressure when I arrived, as the negotiation had already been completed.
