I bought my Chevy Equinox from Crown Nissan last year when my Nissan Frontier was totaled. Got the extended warranty and Crown has been great with notification of when service is due. Making an appointment is always easy. Richard Stow was my service rep recently when I had to take the car in, while they didn't have the part, Richard ordered it and I have an appointment this week to get it installed. The guys in the Service Dept are always pleasant, friendly and willing to help.
Very helpful! They know how to treat real people. I got in and out without rushing or wasting the day!
