I had a great experience at this dealership. I worked with John Thompson but found the entire staff to be courteous and helpful. I found the whole experience to be hassle free and speedy. I had my guard up but was pleasantly surprised. I have gone to this dealership for years. I bought my CRV there in 2005 and always go there for service. They are honest and go above and beyond. I am very pleased with my new Accord Coupe EX-L V6. John Thompson was a true professional and did an excellent job with the entire sales process. I was able to get a great price after some haggling. I was able to take delivery of the car the very next day after purchasing. John did a terrific job explaining all the features of the car. I even received a box of cookies in the mail from Commonwealth Honda. I could not be more happy with my purchase.
I have a nissan altima that needed an oil change, tire rotation and car inspection, They were so friendly and so the people I worked with had such great sense of humor. They were fast and had me in and out very quickly. There was coffee freshly brewed and they were great with keeping me updated. I also got a $5 discount for checking in on facebook!
Good dealership to deal with! You find the car you want and have everything taken care of for you. I heard about the dealership through some friends of mine who told me it is the biggest dealership in town. I was able to buy a Chevy Equinox with the specification I wanted and I was given a price in between my budget. Chris was very helpful, gave me all the information I asked for and helped me throughout the process. He also made it an easy process for me to get the car. I was happy with the service.

From the second we walked in, everyone was so helpful and informative about what would be done. We initially came in for a $30k checkup, but Susan let us know we had already had it done last year, which saved us some money.

Best customer service! I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing another vehicle after having had a bad experience elsewhere, but the staff at commonwealth motors was polite, caring, and attentive. I left that day with a Toyota Yaris and it drives amazing. Great purchase! BTW I worked with Victor, he was amazing as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
