Brought my car in to be serviced and a week later was in an accident. Both the collision center and the VW maintenance crew were professional as always. Reggie in the service department was prompt, professional, and always explains all options to me without making be feel stupid. He even went to VW to get them to cover a part that was technically no longer under warranty because of my long standing relationship with VW, saving me 800 dollars! I just purchased a 2014 Honda CRV-EX from this dealership. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Commonwealth Honda, having bought my wife s Honda Pilot there last year. John Thompson was great to deal with, as was Paula. I would highly recommend this dealership for not only their Sales department, but also for their Service department. They are outstanding!
Just purchased my second used vehicle from Commonwealth Motors since May. I cannot say enough good things about them. Mark Bernier was my salesman again. He is great. He does not pressure you into buying something you do not want. He only shows you what you are interested in, but did explain all my options (new, lease used) and told me the advantages and disadvantages of all. I just bought a 2013 Chevy Sonic, and I love it! I test drove a Mazda2 and a Honda Fit beforehand. I'm glad I went with the Chevy. It's got a lot of pep for a small car and gets great gas mileage, which is awesome for my long work commute. Chris D. was super helpful. He spent the whole Saturday with my wife and I.
