Overall it was a good experience. The used car manager Carlos Rodriguez, buisness manager Franklyn Veloz, and sales associate Jose Ferriera made the search for a used car easy giving us all the options and working with what we needed. I had been driving a pretty old car and knew that it was going to die on me pretty soon. I have one Honda CRV and am always doing maintenance in the service center at Commonwealth Motors because I am living nearby the town. The services are great. Last month, I just bought another car, PILOT from this dealership. The sales are nice and do not play tricks with customers. My wife and I are very happy with their services and the deal we got recently. Both sales and service center staff are very professional and helpful regarding your request and questions. I definitely recommend this dealership to others.
I had a great experience here shopping for a VW. After visiting another dealer where we were treated not so nice. It was very comforting walking through the door at Commonwealth.
