This dealership brought a new meaning to customer service! Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful and took much of his time during the day to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle I was purchasing. Very pleasant experience in recent purchase of Kia Forte. Song, who was the salesman, was very very pleasant, not pushy, but very informative about what was needed for a certain budget. Very pleased with Kia Forte and VERY pleased with Song for being so helpful in getting price so satisfied with. Song is A+ salesman and dealership very pleasant to deal with. Recommend highly.
A couple weeks ago I went to Commonwealth to BEGIN my car search. After test driving two cars and crunching numbers with my salesman, Steve Federico, I bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox, that day. Everyone was very helpful and I left feeling like I got the right car for me, not the car that someone convinced me to get. I would certainly recommend Commonwealth; my daughter is thinking of buying in the next 6 months and she plans on heading there!

We took our 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI in for its' 40,000 service. They couldn't have been nicer - we chose not to have the oil change since it had only been 5,000 miles since the last change. They called when they found a dent in the rim of one of the tires and said that if they rotated the tires, there might be a shimmy. I just serviced my 2012 Honda Accord. I received excellent service and was treated like a valued customer. My wife has a Honda that she bought at another dealership. We will be coming to Commonwealth for her service. My next car will be bought at Commonwealth Honda. The salesman, Song, remembered who I was and took the time to talk to me about my car. A+ to the whole service team not only do they provide top-notch service but at great prices. I would highly recommend servicing your Honda here.
Recently bought a new Honda Accord 2013 from commonwealth honda. They are a great sales team who did an excelent job to sell me the car. The team focused on all the aspects that we needed and worked a good deal for me. I worked with Doug Call from sales who was excelent and very professional. He made sure that we were happy with the car and followed up with us and helpd us getting used to features of car.
