We had a great experience. We bought a pre-owned Ford Edge (went in with that specific vehicle in mind). The employees were honest, up-front, and did not pressure us. Jeff Bancroft and Jaime Dimare gave us a great price and also were very attentive our requests for touching up the paint on a small ding on the vehicle and avoiding certain numbers on the license plate for cultural reasons. Went in for my regular oil change. Service was great as always. I was in and out within an hour. The service desk was very helpful and nice.

great car dealership – I recently went to Commonwealth Volkswagen for my 40,000 mile service. The staff was very pleasant and informative of the service to be provided. The wait time was quicker than the estimate given. The waiting area is comfortable and they had donuts and coffee and TV to keep me occupied while I waited. It was an overall pleasant experience.
