Did exactly what we the customer wanted---superb! So often you go to a dealer and they tell you what they think you need. They do not tend to listen to what you want. We went into Nissan and met with Daniel the Flying Hawaiian. He listened to us and gave us exactly what we wanted. He was extremely friendly 'and walked us through each step painlessly. I have been to a lot of dealerships looking for the best deals and I always got blindsided by hidden fees and random numbers. When went to Commonwealth Nissan it was the exact opposite. I told my salesman Kevin upfront exactly what I wanted and he got it for me, simple as that. It was quick and easy with no BS. I was upfront with him about what I expected and he delivered with no hassle or fuss.
My recent Commonwealth experience went flawlessly from beginning to end. Salesman John Thompson was a true gentleman and a class act. He knew his stuff, but never gave opinions or advice unless asked. I purchased my 2004 CRV from Commonwealth and was extremely happy with the service it received from 2004 to the present time.
