Very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve been getting ignored for 2 weeks for trying to make a appointment. Staff pick up the phone and hang up or just don’t pick up the phone during working hours. When I try to make an appointment online there is no availability for me to book anything for the rest of the year but I get automated text messages to book an appointment from the office.
Don’t return calls and messages on a timely basis. It takes forever to get an answer. Dr. Patel is the only reason for me to continue going there.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Castro and their entire office team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
