Friendly staff. Cheap prices. Good products. I recommend an iced peppermint tea.
Born and raised in Lexington, I've been going to common grounds for a while... 6 years ago I used to play their open mics from time to time and today I'm running their sound for open mic every Monday. Great saff. Great atmosphere. Wonderful folks to meet and wonderful acts to see every weekend and at Mondays starting at 7:30pm!!

I come there every day to play chess. I teach chess.
Best local place in town to enjoy a cup of coffee. The owners roast most coffee flavors in house and you can taste the freshness! My in-laws have standing coffee requests that we have to deliver to Kansas. For food, my favorites have been the Cuban and breakfast burritos. Can't miss it.
Delicious coffee and sandwiches!! Great atmosphere! We don't live very close, but when we go it's a real treat!!
