I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. I had to leave my house in the early morning hours to get to work, with my garage half open. I called for service and within a couple of hours they fixed my problem. I didn't even have to leave my job; they took care of everything without me being there. What a relief for me, as I just started a new job, and didn't feel right about asking for time off. Thanks so much for the wonderful & prompt service and support.

A manager called tonight to inform me that the opener we wanted was $100 more expensive than what we had anticipated. After a quick explanation that the coupon we had should entitle us to the lower price, the manager honored the coupon even though it had been printed in error. Very grateful that the manager put the consumer first and made me feel a whole lot better about giving them my business. Thank you!
This is a great company!! All the employees I have had contact with are friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The garage door they installed at our home looks fabulous-- we get compliments all the time! I highly recommend Garage Doors of Indianapolis for your door needs.

GDI has always been excellent with customer service. Any issues with my garage they have come out as quickly as possible with knowledgable staff and very reasonable pricing. Definitely a go to for all garage needs!
Unfortunately can not recommend this company any longer. Inproperly installed item on door ~ i can pay an additional $99 to have them fix their soddy work since it has been over 90 days ~ don't see a 90 exclusion statement. Poor customer service and workmanship.
Truly sad when what was an otherwise stellar job is ruined completely by a disastrous accounting department. True gap in customer service. Overall excellent workmanship, pitiful accounts receivable.
